  • Opportunities are available ranging from a .5FTE to .9FTE. Upon hire you would select your desired FTE
  • At point of job offer, we will discuss your ideal schedule preference. At this time, any schedule proposed will be considered with the exception of straight days (Day/Evening or Day/Nights would be agreeable).

Responsibilities: As a Float Nurse, you will be cross-trained to provide care within Skilled Care, Home Health, Assisted Living, and our Supportive Living Center.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing with a current Minnesota LPN license or current license deemed appropriate by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

Additional Qualifications: One year of LPN work experience preferred

License or Certification: MN Licensed Practical Nurse license

Basic Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers- BCLS – certificate of course completion required and must not expire within 3 months after start date. A scanned copy of the certificate of completion or transcripts, including your full name, must be attached to your profile to be considered.

We will only accept certificates of course completion from the following providers:
  • American Heart Association (Title: BLS for Healthcare Providers)
  • Red Cross (Title: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers or BLS for Healthcare Providers)
  • Military Training Network

Benefit Eligible: Yes
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $18.60 per hour.
Hours/Pay Period: variable
Schedule Details:
  • At point of job interview, we would discuss your ideal schedule preference. At this time, any schedule proposed would be considered, with the exception of straight days.
  • Opportunities are available ranging from a .5FTE-.9FTE (40 to 72 hours every two weeks). Upon hire, you would select your desired FTE.
  • 8Hour or 12Hour Shifts are available, based on preference
  • Every 3rd weekend required – not negotiable
